The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order

A regulatory reform order is a way of amending an Act of Parliament which imposes restraints on business or other activities. It prevents the need for a new Act of Parliament everytime a detail needs to be updated or added to. Like the Act it amends, a regulatory reform order has the full force of law.
