In FRS 19 we explained about the IPDS Project Board and some of the challenges it is facing.

There is a group of people who meet once a month with the aim of improving the working life of the people in the fire and rescue service. One of their achievements is to get BARS on fire stations.

The IPDS team is committed to working with others to help develop our people. For example… learning things online is a great way to develop. You don’t have to travel to a training centre, you can learn at your own pace and you can learn in a way that suits your style.
